Twenty six years of strong administration background spent mainly in Open Cut and Underground Mining. Have experience in Human Resources, Finance, Mill & Mining Operations, Community Service and Community Relations, Safety and Health and Business Improvement both in PNG and Australia WA. Won the Secretary award in Papua New Guinea in 2000 due to outstanding performance in the Administrative field.

Last department I worked in prior to resigning in 2007 in PNG was the Business Improvement Section where 630 persons were trained on best Operating Practice called 5S (Japanese) discipline process and rolled out the 5S program for the Planning & Technical Engineering Departments which was the highlight of my career. Have a general understanding of Lean Manufacturing & Operating Excellence programs.

Spent four years working with the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia under the TransWA Department as a Passenger Assistant on the Prospector (Train) from Kalgoorlie to Perth. A very caring Passenger Attendant equipped with great people skills and very attention to detail in my job. My job is always displayed with professionalism in all I do.
