I'm a 38 year old mother of two children and married for 8 years. I've worked as a support worker since 2019 with Boandik and Serene Country Living. I have had experience in managing a group centre for NDIS and mental health clients. I love helping community members live their best lives. I also love to learn anything medical which led me to study Phlebotomy. I'm an encouraging manager and analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading and motivating, as well as excellent customer relations aptitude and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company success. Dedicated to applying training, monitoring and morale-building abilities to enhance employee engagement and boost performance.

As a self taught painter, I have taken this hobby to the next level by having multiple pieces of art in an art gallery for community members to purchase and enjoy in their own home. Having a hobby is essential to ones self care and life balance, to ensure personal and professional happiness.
