  • Project management – this is evident through my ability to successfully manage the business of two key directors at Smiths and NATA, whilst also supporting the needs of the departmental staff.
  • Organisational – I created the national training calendar for all NATA trainers to allow users to identify courses and times that met their needs, and management to review utilisation of trainers and gaps in the schedule for correction.
