Summary

I am an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with 14 years experience of providing care to a wide variety of patients in multiple clinical settings.

My most recent position is working as a Clinical Facilitator on the Pool/Bank which has enabled me to assist new staff onboarding to the Pool/Bank. This includes Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedic, Womens Health, Paediatric, ED, ICU, CCU and Mental Health.

I have a passion for the variety of specialised nursing fields and the extensive knowledge that comes with it. I enjoy the challenges, learning and extending professional skills. I love the diversity of nursing and working both autonomously and in a team.

I also have a background of Surgical/Orthopaedic and Medical Nursing in WA and Gold Coast. This included agency work for Gold Coast/Brisbane Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Community Nursing.

With a distinguished understanding of Queensland Health and its policies and protocols I aim at providing high class patient/family centered care to achieve the best outcomes. I am adept at working closely with Doctors, Allied Health Members and Nurses for effective and productive health care.
