Summary

I am a well-rounded Project Manager, from a site management and project delivery background, who strives for excellence.

I possess the mindset, interpersonal skills and etiquette, to communicate and deliver projects, effectively, in both a proficient and professional manner.

I achieve my goals through consistency and collaboration with both clients, stakeholders and coworkers, alike. I learn and apply knowledge rapidly and display exceptional leadership via strong leadership and management styles (with an emphasis on being both ‘participative’ and ‘transformational’) in the delivery of all administrative, analytical and operational activities, alike.

I liaise directly and effectively, with all individuals from all levels and backgrounds. My career in Project Management, Construction Management and Architectural Design has consisted of Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction projects across the City of Perth. (On occasion, travelling nationally and internationally)

I constantly seek challenges and new and exciting projects and enjoy being productive, being focused, while expanding and cultivating professional networks including mentoring younger staff, who will become tomorrow’s leaders, by learning today.

Work History

Full-time Father and Property Manager

Self Employed Services
05.2024 - Current
  • With 80% of the time parents spend with our children limited to them being under the age of 12, I decided to take the time to be with my young children, both under 7 years old. This involves all things parental as well as extra-curricular activities. This has, by far, been the most fulfilling role and greatest achievement to date.
  • During the same period of time, I put focus into private real estate investments. Within the span of the last 9 months, I have successfully sold two family owned properties, including superficial and substantial refurbishment, extensive landscaping, engaging third parties such as real estate agents, property surveyors, registered property valuers, settlement agents and the like. Following this, I am seeking new opportunities.
