• Responsible for any contractual issues on the project/assigned packages
• Reviewing all incoming contractual correspondence related to the project/assigned packages
• Reviewing and updating management of contractual risks and critical issues related to the project/assigned packages
• Identifying, evaluating and submitting all potential variations/claims related to the project/assigned packages
• Preparation of variations, claims, EOT’s etc. as needed on the project/assigned packages
• Draft contract related correspondence
• Support ensuring main contract payments are prepared and received on time
• Responsible for all timely contract administration including reviewing the claims, liaising with the Delivery Team members in the assessment of payment claims and direct liaison with contractors/suppliers and appropriate issue of payment schedules/certificates
• Act as primary point of contact with contractors/suppliers for payment administration for the project/assigned packages
• Support addressing the interpretation of conditions of contract and dispute resolution
• Taking all adequate measures for avoiding disputes
• Addressing contractual matters with client/consultants, contractors/suppliers and negotiating variations, claims, EOT and mitigating any contractual disputes
