· Develop & implement leasing plans and strategies with shopping centre

· Continue to develop the leasing processes within the current shops

· Plan, organize and assist to establish new stores

· Supervise managers and new staff training.

· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of establishments that sell products to retail shops.

· Find ways to identify and convert new client's opportunities for the business

· Organize staff and control the flow of goods within a business.

· Control and update the product lines based on the marketing research of new consumption trends

· Responsible for with wholesale negotiating manufacturers and other suppliers, stock control, finance, storage, transport.

· Corporate with the sales manager set up the KPI for every state sale represent and demonstrate them finish sales targets.
