• Partner with senior management and regional teams to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic partnerships within the APJ OEM market.

Budget and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual operating budgets;
• Prepare and communicate periodic forecasts to anticipate financial performance; Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis of APJ OEM business units.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including revenue analysis, margin analysis, and profitability metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial trends and performance indicators.

Performance Metrics Development

• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to APJ OEM business unit;
• Implement measurement frameworks to track KPIs and assess operational effectiveness.
• Continuously refine metrics to align with strategic objectives and industry benchmarks.

Risk Management and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
• Facilitate internal audits related to APJ OEM business activities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and sales engineering.
• Foster strong relationships with OEM partners and stakeholders across the APJ region.
• Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and market share within the OEM segment

Communication and Presentation:

• Present financial performance updates and strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Serve as a financial advisor to APJ OEM business leaders, providing guidance on financial matters and performance metrics.
