Starting at SSR has enabled me to further my experience with driving freight trains and has given me more opportunities for more qualifications, such as TLIF3091 Apply Awareness of Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials Requirements. C class Locomotives, BRM Locomotives, 442 Locomotives, G class Locomotives, route knowledge to Port Botany and being able to shunt trains into the ports, in the future I am looking forward to more route knowledge.

• I Completed Pacific National Engine and Air School in December 2022 and was assigned to a mentor driver for the time since then, on March the 4th 2024 I started my driver trial that went for 4 days which I passed so I am now a qualified Level 4 locomotives driver with the ability to drive trains between Clyde yard and Cooks River cement siding, also shunt in Clyde, Enfield, Chullora yards and take trains to Swift container logistics centre. I can perform safety critical tasks in a high risk environment with confidence, I am still on the West roster to as far as Orange with my mentor driver which allows me to continue to develop and improve my train handling, Route knowledge in the Sydney Trains, UGL, and ARTC networks with adhesion to safe working requirements, speed restrictions, TOC requirements and the ability to work well in a small team environment.

• Qualified and experienced in Terminal Operations, developed a skillset for shunting, communication, Roll-By inspections, Full Train Inspections, General Mechanical Inspections, minor repairs, Organization of a large busy yard. Maintaining a clear understanding of the importance of efficient train running and departure times, whilst strictly adhering to safety protocols and procedures. I also take pride in clean tidy work place which creates a safe happy work place, removing any hazards or reporting them along with any faulty equipment.
• Co-ordinating and delegating with workmates to complete daily tasks as team in an organized and safe manner.
• Co-ordinating with Train Control to manage the safe movement of all trains departing, arriving or moving around the depot.

• Demonstrated an understanding and competence in systems of safe working NSW, qualified to perform General Inspections of the Train, Qualified to perform shunting movements, Proficient in radio communications protocols to ensure safe efficient operations.

• Working in the printing industry for 26 years here in Australia and 6 years in the UK I had only worked for 4 Employers.
• 7 of these years was as a supervisor of 7 printing presses and 35 employees, overseeing the running of the factory floor, dealing with the clients requests in person or over the phone, trouble shooting and managerial meetings most days.
• Running high speed printing presses, attention to detail, quality, time management and machine management was of the upmost importance.
• Skilled in mechanical and electrical trouble shooting, producing high quality products for some of Australia's most iconic magazines and production houses.
• ability to work under extreme pressure.
• Being involved in the development of many safe working procedures. carry out factory safety inspections and i was a fire warden.
• Working with all team members to create a safe efficient work place that produced the best magazines on the market.
