Seasoned IT professional with expert knowledge in Project and Service delivery, Service management and Leadership in outsourced environments. Solid technical understanding of IT, particularly across the network and infrastructure space. This is a dual role where I have been hired to oversee a number of key projects for the business, and begin to introduce Project Portfolio Management processes.

A Senior Leadership Role, I worked closed in this role with the NSW General Manager and CTO, developing and delivering the Professional and Managed Service Offerings of the business.
At the time of joining, the business was going through a transition period, away from a more cabling and electrical capability, into more of an IT system integration style business. Leveraging my experience from my time at Fujitsu, I was instrumental in building out the Services portfolio to consistently over $150K+ monthly revenue from Managed and Professional Services.

This was an a complex and at times a challenging role where I learnt a lot about business and the delivery of services in an outsourced environment. I am proud of my time and accomplishments in this role.
In this role I was responsible for the delivery of a key account with Dept of Defence, which provided welfare services to deployed forces via a managed secure gateway + network, and associated support services.

This was a high profile and complex role requiring significant engagement internally, with the customer and with 3rd party providers, often located overseas, and as the Delivery Manager I was able to successfully deliver across multiple years both from a customer perspective, with SLA's and KPI's consistently met, and internally, with a consistent profit above the targeted value , receiving a CEO Award for my efforts.
This was my first role out of the military, delivering multiple technical projects within a larger Managed Service Account.
During my military career I certified as a Telecommunications Technician, working across terrestrial and satellite communications.
I completed tours of Afghanistan and Iraq, and also successfully completed Special Forces Selection and Training.
