As a Dogman, my job involves assessing the load to determine the best way to rig it, attaching slings, chains, and hooks, and signaling crane operators to move the load. I’m also responsible for ensuring the safety of the surrounding area during lifting operations. I need to be well-versed in safety protocols, load limits, and the operation of various lifting devices to ensure everything is done safely.

In addition to these tasks, communication is key in my role. I often need to give clear and concise signals to crane operators or other team members. My work requires a high level of attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while working as part of a team. I play an essential role in high-risk operations, from construction sites to entertainment setups, ensuring that everything goes smoothly and safely during lifting operation
