Alpha tyres bought my business to widen their services and in the deal, i agreed to stay with them to help merge the businesses together and help grow there existing business. They are a independent tyre shop that have grown rapidly in the last few years as much so that they are rolling out franchises of their business. They have been a great company to work for and have definitely helped me progress in my business skills. during my time there i have played many roles.

In August 2019 i founded Echcua auto care. I started in a small shop by myself with a couple of hoists and a toolbox doing general repairs and detailing. Using social media marketing and promotion, leaflet flyers and word of mouth I hit the ground running with a very healthy customer base in the first few months. Since then I have moved to a premises 2 times the size of my first shop having employed 3 staff members and built a fully functional workshop with a state of the art detailing facility! We are now a VACC approved shop with over 500 repeating customers, Credited on seller and installer for dobbinsons spring and suspension, osren Australia approved Paint correction specialist and ceramic coating applicator. Unfortunately due to the current staffing shortage Australia wide and especially in regional areas It has become increasingly hard to run my business efficiency, I have decided to sell the business and relocate to Queensland. Financials for the business can be provided if needed.

 I worked for Charles Hurst Renault and Nissan as an apprentice technical expert where I was taught to use factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures. I also performed maintenance and repair such as, servicing, brakes, suspension, air con re-gas, timing belt replacement, engine and fuel components, body panels and all things electrical. I served my time there until I was qualified as a level 2 light vehicle mechanic.
