I am a globally experienced banker, financial markets trader and leader with over 30 years working in Commodity, FX and Interest Rate markets. Experience gained in all the main trading hubs has given me a global outlook, understanding the need and benefits of diversity and working across centres. I have traded markets through all different conditions, and through many significant events. I have led teams though all these conditions and challenges, including a constantly developing regulatory framework. I have thrived in fast paced environments, am strong under pressure and proven leadership qualities. Following my banking experience I transitioned into the world of remediation, initially as an assessor, but mostly as a QC. My previous experience brought a unique perspective to this, particularly an inquisitive mind and a penchant for the investigative aspect the role required.
