I am a current Job Scheduler, based at Wallgrove. During my time here I have had the opportunity to develop my professional skillset. I have made significant improvement's to the way in which we lead people and manage work.
I am now looking to focus my energy into the Outage Coordinator role, where I can have a greater influence over the continued improvement and safety focus that the Planning and Scheduling team is striving for.
This opportunity to work as a Job Scheduler has allowed me to express my strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail. Although not my sole responsibility, I have concentrated my energy on improving our team's processes and safety compliance. This has enabled the field staff to better focus on their own critical tasks and safety performance.
