This opportunity to work as a Job Scheduler has allowed me to express my strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail. Although not my sole responsibility, I have concentrated my energy on improving our team's processes and safety compliance. This has enabled the field staff to better focus on their own critical tasks and safety performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with representatives from maintenance programs and infrastructure delivery to manage the delivery of routine & critical work
• Review and apply procedures relevant to the work being scheduled to ensure compliance and minimise exposure to risk.
• Coordination of system outages and resources between other schedulers and relevant work groups.
• Manage the inspection, testing, licensing and competency of resources (people, plant and equipment)
• Fleet management – Arranging transport, servicing and repair of EWP's, Trucks, Trailers, Cranes and Civil Equipment.
• Support and guidance to people within the organization who need clarification on processes and safety critical tasks.
• Ensure work crews have the correct skills, equipment and support to carry out tasks safely and effectively.
• Navigate the Maintenance Delivery BI Dashboard and Ellipse to manage work orders.
• Navigate THEOs to manage outages, identify bundling opportunities, and to identify discrepancies.

My time as an Electrical Fitter has allowed me to build a strong, safe, work ethic. I have progressed through the Standard Substations SDP program, and have also assisted the training team with delivering PSSR and technical skills training. These opportunities have expanded my technical, leadership and safety focused skill sets.

I have an extensive understanding of the operating process, access for work and safe work practices involved with work relating to Category 2, 4, 5 and 9 of the PSSR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a crew lead to manage the delivery of work in a safe and effective manner.
• Perform HV & LV/Mech operating work and issue of relevant Access Authorities.
• Write and Check, Low voltage and mechanical PRI's.
• Review High Voltage PRI's before start of operating work
• Utilizing the CAMMS application to report and track hazards and safety incidents.
• Bringing a safety conscious mindset to all work activities, championing a safety leadership culture and a thorough understanding and implementation of the PSSR.
• Accessing work management systems such as Ellipse, TRAC, THEOS, EXCEL, WASP to prepare and close out work, access drawings and work instructions and transfer information across to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide written reports and task results to the works manager for review.
