Previously employed with Governance Institute of Australia as the Victorian State Manager, I was responsible for achieving revenue targets across Education and Sponsorship of National Events which demonstrated my proven skills in aligning operations with market conditions and customer demands to catapult sales forward and strengthen long-term business success.
Attentive to company strengths and requirements whilst effectively balancing goals and resources to achieve dramatic results, i was responsible for looking after member engagement, event management, managing expectations and the running of the Victorian State Council, made up of 18 Executive Council Members.
Other responsibilities included speaking at State and National events, identifying new corporate partners for business development for strategic partnerships and generating significant revenue for the Institute.

With all business development across Asia Pacific was conducted by myself, i was able to build additional business development and client cultivation skills and experience.
