I was raised in Hamilton, New Zealand. Moving to Auckland in 2021 at the age of seventeen with no plans, I found myself working as a kitchen attendant in a restaurant to make ends meet. I fell in love with the job right away and wanted to advance. After working the entirety of 2022 through early 2023 as a junior chef, I made the decision to relocate to Australia. Right now, i’m searching for a full-time position in Melbourne’s hospitality industry. My main objective is to begin an apprenticeship so that I can gain new experiences and progress my learning to become qualified as a chef.
