In 2010, volunteering for an SSP high school class ignited my purpose. Empathetic and compassionate, I understand the challenges of students with disabilities. I focus on their abilities, not limitations, aiming to be an advocate and support system. Co-regulating and providing individualized strategies empower students to take ownership of their learning. I've fostered a supportive, resilient environment, nurturing lifelong values and independence. My goal is to continue inspiring and assisting both students and peers in overcoming personalized challenges, promoting inclusivity and growth in education.
