Provided high-quality personal care and support to elderly residents in a residential aged care setting, ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety in accordance with individualised care plans and aged care quality standards. Collaborated with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to assist with daily living activities, observe changes in residents' health status, and maintain accurate documentation.

I had experience in oncology and the ICU ward throughout my placement under supervision, conducted patient assessments, monitored observations, and contributed to applying NMBA RN standards to clinical decision-making and delegation. Engaged in interprofessional collaboration, communicating changes in patient status, and escalating concerns appropriately. I also completed medication and observation assessments, including IV antibiotic calculations, infusion rates, and Q-ADDs scoring. I contributed to culturally safe care planning for Indigenous patients, incorporating social determinants of health and patient preferences. I also implemented a closed-loop communication method for effective communication in confusing situations.
