- Greet clients & direct inquiries accordingly, receive & respond to daily incoming calls, emails walk-ins and relating correspondents, manage suspended clients caseloads, contact clients & discuss sensitive information relative to their circumstances & progression, completing the open and closure procedure for the office, record management & filing, credit card transaction reconciliations & invoice coding, provide direct assistance to employment consultants and management team, manage employment consultants upcoming bookings and confirm appointments with clients in advance, sensitive document management & tracking to ensure compliance protocols are upheld, manage office stationary stocks, advanced administration & clerical duties, spreadsheet analysis, review and actioning, online customer assistance co-ordination, daily meeting minute tacking, compiling and distributing, postal document co-ordination.
