At Bridgeman, I've done a vast variety of work that ranges from sheet metal fabrication and welding to structural aluminium work and onsite installations on tier 1 construction sites. I'm currently leading a team of 7. A few of my tasks as the team leader are:

• Lead team meetings to discuss project updates and task assignments.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow among team members.
• Train new employees on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Delegate daily tasks to team members to optimize group productivity.
• Participate in regular meetings with senior leadership to provide updates on team progress.
• Promoted to leadership position in recognition of strong work ethic and delivered exceptional insights on enhancing job efficiency.

Performed diverse fabrication tasks ranging from light to heavy during my apprenticeship.
Maintained a variety of moving plant to support production needs.
Worked extensively with aluminium, steel, and stainless steel materials.
