  • Finance – Management of complex tasks faced by the AP team (prior to AP being moved to Corporate head office in mid-2022), compilation of weekly and monthly reports for the leadership team, management and journaling of company credit card transactions, assisting the Senior Mine Accountant with end of month reporting requirements (including collating of PO information for accruals, reconciliation of non-warehouse inventory, diesel usage reconciliation and fuel tax rebate calculations, clearing of Pronto error accounts, compiling and loading of mine physicals, and completing other miscellaneous journals and reallocations), reconciliation of AUD and USD bank accounts, managing the capital process (from project creation, reconciling the Capital WIP file monthly, and transferring to the Fixed Asset Register), assisting the Senior Mine Accountant with budget/forecast & other required cost files, assist with Audit enquiries as required.
  • Payroll – Providing assistance to the Company in the event that the Payroll Officer is not available or on leave, including processing of fortnightly and monthly pays, processing of superannuation payments monthly.
  • IT – Site contact for both hardware and software related issues (manual fixing of hardware issues where appropriate, coordinating with offsite tech support for complex software issues), preparing devices and workstations for new recruits, printer fleet management including coordinating of cartridge replacements and required repairs, coordinating of the Cisco phone system in conjunction with offsite tech support, maintaining a company device register.
  • Commercial Miscellaneous – Preparing documentation for upcoming tenders and contract renewals, collating responses from tenderers and assisting the Commercial Manager with tender analysis and award process (ceased as of early-2024 after company appointment of Contract Specialist), Commercial related management of the company vehicle fleet (including the annual registration renewal process for the fleet, transferring of registrations and other miscellaneous tasks involving the RMS, management of pool car fuel cards, management of Roadside Assistance premiums for pool cars), raising requisitions as appropriate and invoice management, being a site contact for Pronto and Redmap assistance, collating of quarterly data for NPI/NGER reporting.

  • From July 2018 I completed employment medicals for the Practice a few days a week, including pre-employment, exit and periodic medicals. These medicals included taking clinical measurements such as blood pressure, eye testing and BSL levels, performing audiometry tests, spirometry tests and undertaking drug and alcohol screening.
