As a dedicated Bachelor of Hotel Management graduate from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, I have honed my skills in daily hotel operations. During my internship at Hotel ICON, I gained hands-on experience in front office operations, restaurant management, and financial departments. With a strong passion for serving guests, I excel in understanding and fulfilling their needs, which has deepened my appreciation for the art of hospitality and the responsibilities of being a hotelier.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Business at Monash University, specialising in international business. This program enhances my background in hotel management by deepening my understanding of global markets and the complexities of international hospitality. My studies in international management, law, finance, economics, marketing, and strategy equip me with the skills to navigate the dynamic landscape of the hotel industry. I am particularly focused on developing my intercultural communication abilities, which are essential for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a diverse, global environment. This unique blend of expertise allows me to bridge my passion for hospitality with strategic business insights, positioning me to contribute effectively to the evolving needs of the hotel sector.
