I would like to apply for a position within your company. I am looking to expand on my current qualifications and skills to move into a more challenging and long-term career role.

I have been working as a labourer for the past 5 years and know how to communicate well with groups of people on a regular basis. This has also enabled me to develop strong problem-solving skills and I am able to confidently multitask and support other team members when needed. I am focused on maintaining a high level of safety in my current labouring role, along with following correct policies and procedures, identifying hazards and completing my personal risk assessments on a task-to-task basis.

Given my adequate training, my natural ability in organisation, planning and executing of ideas and plans will ensure that I will be an asset to my employer and a productive member of my team.

I am able to identify with the widespread social and cultural barriers and I am also able to communicate with the wider community with confidence and integrity. My listening skills are above average, and I am able to effectively ensure that guidelines and safety procedures are met accordingly to the organisations processes in which I am employed under.

In my working career, I am able to confidently establish positive working relationships with a goal towards productivity and teamwork. It is imperative to maintain a positive and friendly attitude and be able to mediate, when necessary, with my team members. I have proven my ability to do this many times and feel that my calm personality is an asset to my employers and to my peers in the aspect that I believe I lead by positive example. I enjoy learning new skills and look forward to furthering my career.
