Supervising inmates with their medication, within the yards and ovals, attending programs and other services
I conduct daily musters, head checks, cell checks, observe inmates, and conduct security checks for the welfare of inmates
Managing service request for inmates in my unit and organise mental health professionals, as well as following up any services if required
I need to respond to any emergency situations that happen within the unit in an effective and quick manner
Maintain in a high standard of inmate records from receptions to and from my unit
Escorting inmates to appointments such as AVL and medical.
