Summary

I am a dedicated and hard working Registered Nurse with compassion for the job that I have chosen. In my short but progressive career, I have developed my patient centred care and a deep interest in educating junior staff. I believe it is the most important part of a nurses career to ensure that those within their team are confident and if not, it should be our main objective to help them get to that point. I am able to remain calm under pressure, handling difficult patients and situations with care. I have developed strong relationships within my current job and believe that empathetic communication and respectful attitude is key. I wish to further myself in my career and work toward helping those who do not quite feel as though they have it all figured out yet. I am always willing to do the most to be as helpful as I can be to patients and my colleagues and I will continue to strive to do so effectively.
