  • Accountable for leading the front of house which consisted of a team of six or more servers, bartenders and baristas.
  • Responsible for training any and all new hires.
  • Consistently met and exceeded performance goals related to sales targets, customer satisfaction ratings, and order accuracy.
  • Daily tasks included opening (6:00am) and closing (3:00pm) each shift, delegating specific work to the team, maintaining the overall cleanliness and functions of the restaurant, and front of house inventory.

Yoga instructor:

  • Creating classes that consisted of slow and deep stretching in a heated room for sixty minutes, as well as mediation and sound healing at the end.
  • When needed, I substituted for teachers who could not make it to their class.
