I worked a part-time position at Toyworld as a retail assistant that further developed my ability to positively engage with customers. Other than enhancing my customer service and effective communication skills, this position allowed me to develop my computer skills, money handling abilities and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Acted as the first point of contact for customers, kindly welcoming customers into the store
• Assisted customers in finding items that matched their needs

I worked part-time as a waitress/cashier at a local restaurant and assisted them in the opening of their business.
