Site Supervision & Trade Coordination

• Manage day to day site operations and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Plan and sequence work activities to maintain construction programme targets.
• Monitor site progress and address issues impacting productivity or safety.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, and plant to support efficient construction activities.

Construction Documentation & Plan Interpretation

• Interpret construction drawings, engineering details, and project specifications.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and design documentation.
• Raise queries with the project team where clarification of drawings or specifications is required.

Quality Assurance & ITP Management

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work complies with project specifications and Australian Standards.
• Complete and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for in house construction works.
• Identify and rectify defects and non conformances during construction.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.

Workplace Health & Safety

• Conduct site inductions for workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Review and approve Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for works and high risk construction work.
• Lead pre-start meetings and toolbox talks to communicate safety requirements and site hazards.
• Conduct site safety inspections and hazard identification.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with WHS legislation and project safety plans.
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations when required.

Leadership

• Supervise site crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and productive work practices.
• Promote a strong safety culture and high standards of workmanship.
