Over the past four years I have been working for Sodexo in the energy & resource sector. I started off my mining career in the kitchen as a kitchen hand, moved into administration, then to assistant village manager and then working at the largest camp in the mining west portfolio as a duty manager. My strong work ethic has enabled me to progress through every job I have had to management positions. Driven to be the best at everything I do, I am constantly improving my leadership, communication, and Interpersonal skills. Constantly improving, I know I am an invaluable asset to any team.

  • Eramurra Village is the largest camp in the mining west portfolio with a man-day rate of 1600 people that can exceed 2000 during shutdowns
  • My role as duty manager is to run the housekeeping and mine site departments
  • Managing the sites fleet of vehicles – over 40 LV's, Buggy's, Trucks & forklifts
  • Managing a team of 15 housekeepers & 18 mine site cleaners – ensuring daily KPI's and business standards are met site

  • Total manning of the camp ranges from 400-500 people at any one time
