• Assess requests and issue Notices and Permits for Restricted Access Vehicles (RAV).
• Provide timely and accurate advice to customers on RAV-related matters.
• Liaise with the Heavy Vehicle Services Technical Officer for complex inquiries and assessments.
• Enable efficient processing and re-issue of Notices and Permits.
• Support the planning and technical functions for RAV access to the road network.

• Conduct administrative support, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and in time delivery in SAP. I was responsible to process internal orders for service parts. Performed order management for assigned project. Participated in investigating and resolving commercial problems. Assist in procuring/ order parts with provided part numbers and manufacturing numbers through Phoenix.
Organize & arrange travel & on site accommodation for operations including offshore service engineers and office staff. Liaise with engineers for paperwork ensuring timesheets are signed by client ,Reconcile timesheet with personnel rig tracker & present to HR for payroll processing. Monitor and track personnel (onshore & offshore) training & certification requirements, make necessary training arrangements such as confined space etc & medical bookings as required .File and manage competency and training matrix doc . Manage online client portals
• I joined Tasman as a temporary Receptionist and moved into Service Administrator role whilst assisting with accounting duties . Enter time sheets on daily basis and follow up on missing timesheets with employees . Liaise with internal and external parties to make sure that timesheets and pay queries are processed within the dedicated time .Assist in process time evaluation and correction of payroll errors/rejections .Prepare service quotes and filling relevant documents in a folder and save it in the system .Document all external service job in a file/folder from start to finish liaise with clients for purchase orders and prepare delivery tickets for pick up goods .Assist to accounts in resolving queries .Manage administrative support duties.
