▪ Specifically responsible for Database and related System installation, training and project management for TabSquare products & associated interfacing network and communication devices.
▪ Perform on-site evaluation of client premises for pre-implementation.
▪ Manage project timelines, installation and configuration of TabSquare product suite by tracking and resolving issues and escalate issues.
▪ Provide application training with a demonstrated understanding of Application, Database and content management systems
▪ Be familiar with and adhere to latest training and installation standards and procedures using Lattice and Manula documentation tools
▪ Work with internal support and product teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded
▪ Be able to analyze reasons behind problems / bugs during testing
▪ Work with customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded
▪ Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement after implementation, including troubleshooting of production issues performing Ad-hoc duties assigned by management by Team viewer remote login application
