I am excited to leverage my extensive experience in customer and community services, spanning over 15 years within a well-established organization.my goal is to further develop my knowledge and skills in this dynamic field. Recently, I completed a course called “Business Analytics” through the “Digital Job Skills Program “funded by the Victorian Government. This program has equipped me with valuable expertise in data collection and analysis particularly in relation to client needs, progress and outcomes.

Throughout my career as a disability support worker, I have honed effective communication skills through regular interactions with clients, their families and colleagues. I understand the importance of clear and concise communication in the realm of data analytics, as it involves conveying complex finding and insights to non-technical stakeholders. To demonstrate by commitment to this field and enhance my knowledge I am considering pursuing relevant courses and certifications in data analytics.

My ultimate aim is to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, data-driven team by bringing together a distinctive blend of analytical, strategic, statistical analysis, communication and technical skills. I have developed a strong proficiency in various aspects of business process and systems, including requirements gathering, business process mapping business process modelling and data analysis. I am skilled in utilizing a rang of tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power Bi and Python.

By expanding my knowledge in data analytics , I am eager to make a meaningful impact by providing valuable insights and contributing to informed decision -making process.
