2. Assisting in collaboration for daily lifestyle activities.

3. focusing on resident's care plan, and many different charts which include bowel chart, ADL chart, behaviour chart, sight chart, sleep chart and so on.

4. involving in better communication environment with resident including their family members.

5. Better knowledge about the incident and hazard that occurs in the workplace with in the resident or their family or with the staff and better knowledge about hazard and incident report.
