I was brought in on short notice to lead a team of up to 4 staff to cater a coffee van for graduations of up to 700 people per day and over 3000 people over a 10 day period. In this period I was dealt new staff each day, testing my abilities to work in a team I had no experience with, handle finances and manage stock.
