I am a Project Management Professional currently pursuing my fourth semester of Masters in Project Management from ECU (Perth, WA), I have eight years of experience working with MNC's like Cisco, Truminds Software, IBM & Incedo, where I have delivered exceptional results wearing different hats. I specialize in cross-functional collaboration, interpersonal communication, stakeholder engagement along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to solve problems. My devotion lies in understanding and serving the client's needs, accordingly optimizing productivity, focusing on continuous improvement and fostering teamwork to achieve project success. I am pursuing this course for my career growth and advancement particularly in project management roles as this course provides in-depth knowledge and skills such as project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring & control, stakeholder engagement and dealing with all kinds of resources and leading the projects using agile methodology, as these skills are highly valued by employers. I am truly passionate about being an exceptional project management professional because it will allow me to work upon new things, to solve challenging issues, order chaos, and inspire teams to accomplish common objectives.   • Successfully gained customer's, my supervisor's and my peers confidence in me in the matter of a year in WA due to my efficiency at work
  • Responsible for front-end checkouts that includes billing and helping the customers with different day-to-day challenges and ensuring the system that we use is up-to-date because the items and its prices are revised daily, as the retail market is quite competitive
  • I took this position to gauge the customer's and market here in Australia, plus to get hands on experience dealing with the diverse population here.

  • I worked for Truminds Software as a Quality Assurance Lead and successfully delivered the online proctoring project after completing all the QA tasks associated with it, including testing (which includes manual and automation testing), filing new bugs and monitoring the progress on bug fixes, creating test plans, eyeball testing, and lead all the communication amongst internal and external stakeholders for demos prior to the final handover and subsequently getting the changes incorporated based on the agile methodology and getting the UAT acceptance done by the end client.
