  • Supervise the coordination of the deployment of escort staff and vehicles to facilitate efficient and effective delivery of service, locally, domestically and internationally.
  • Manage operational staff by following procedures in dealing with detainees in the Detention Centre, Transport and Escort Operational Directives and PPM, Operational Updates, Post Orders and those ABF Policies agreed within the Contract.
  • Maintained reporting systems that provides reliable data on vehicle usage, tracking and processing escort footage.
  • Use CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to monitor inmate activity, identify any security breaches, and ensure compliance with facility regulations.
  • Quickly respond to alarms triggered by security systems, such as perimeter breaches, fire alarms, or disturbances within the facility.
  • Serve as a central point of communication between staff members, including correctional officers, administrative personnel, and external agencies. Relay important information in a timely and accurate manner.
