Karel Vondracek

At Kavan Construction we mostly focused on renovations of buildings around the Northern Beaches area. I have been in construction for over 20 years and had a building company overseas in The Czech Republic. In the last 12 years I have been focusing on tiling as my primary work and had an opportunity to work on multiple big projects in Germany under Rainhold Wallner.

Throughout my vast experience I have developed a good work ethic and a good attention to detail which is very important in my trade.

After I ended working with Kavan Construction I have focused on working part time as a subcontractor to multiple tiling companies where my responsibilities ranged from:

Demolition of old bathrooms/kitchens

Epoxy products

Waterproofing

Showers and baths.

Working for B&B construction was a great opportunity for me to learn the ways around Australian Job sites.

The works I did while at B&B Construction ranged from balconies to full house renovations. During this time I have developed a greater understanding of renovations and extensions of buildings over the 2 year period of my employment.
