  • Initially I started as the Sales Secretary to 3 Sales Managers, 1 Administration Manager and the State Manager. It was a varied and very interesting job. I was involved in organising functions, new product releases, running reports, creating spreadsheets, budgets, monitoring sales and assisting the Sales Representatives with all aspects of their jobs. Completed and approving Sales reps expenses, organising flights, car rentals and accommodation for State and Sales Managers.   • I moved up within the company and was in charge of all Administration aspects of the branch, this included petty cash, banking, stocktaking, postage, dealing with the Liquor Licensing Division, employing temps when required, customer service and product complaints, reception work, couriers. I also arranged interviews and did Psychology evaluation tests for incoming sales representatives. In this time I also created and designed Wine Lists and Wine of the Month cards for restaurants and café.
