I started working in the airline industry in 2002 and have over 15 years experience as a Guest Services Coordinator for Virgin Australia Airlines. This, combined with my previous employment in sales as a Store Supervisor and a team leader as a Stevedore, has allowed me to develop an extremely high level of customer service and leadership over a 30 year period.

In my previous role as Guest Services Coordinator I efficiently led a team of ground crew to deliver a seamless diamond experience for our guests. With day to day usage of the ticketing platform SABRE, I have gained a comprehensive knowledge of the system. This knowledge, combined with clear planning and efficient staff allocation has made it possible for me to always deliver in the high pressure, ever changing airport environment.
