I Started work with Harvey Norman Dandenong on 10/10/1994 as a Clerk since then I have also worked at Harvey Norman Cranbourne as a Clerk as well as Admin Manager in Training. I then worked at Harvey Norman Southland as Admin Manager then I returned to Harvey Norman Cranbourne as Admin Manager before starting work with Victoria State Admin.
I have a lot of experience with Harvey Norman and Domayne Procedures.
I am highly motivated and able to work unsupervised to achieve deadlines.
I have very good attention to detail.
Duties include the following:
Payroll: Making sure all Proprietors process payroll in time for reports and that all required paperwork is attached to Timesheets.
Cashbooks: Reconciling and balancing Banking, Sales figures, Standard Journals, F2F Figures, Contra Accounts & making sure any Cheques that need to be raised or journals are completed to keep the Contra Accounts Clear & at the end of each month running end of month to make sure all balances.
Organising a Proprietor Meeting each month to discuss and fix any issues in the Store.
Carrying out Quarterly OHS Inspections.
Answering any Surveys and Audit Reports.
In this position I was given six stores to look after.
My Duties were:
To assist the Administration Manager with training in
each store.
To make sure all Procedures were being followed correctly in each Store.
Two OHS Reports per year for each store.
Help with Stocktake Investigations in each store where needed.
Checking End of Month Paperwork to make sure all was processed correctly and notifying Admin Managers of any changes or journals required.
Cashbook reviews for other Stores where required.
In this Job I travelled to where needed when Stores needed help when an Administration Employee was on leave or when Stores were short of staff.
In this position I filled in doing Banking, Creditors, Debtors and Administration Manager.
