I led every aspect of the LLC’s creation, from its initial layout and design to its final furnishing and interior finishing. This included strategically designing learning spaces and curating collections specifically tailored to support the problem-based learning (PBL) curriculum at Bahrain Polytechnic.

Central to my responsibilities was the establishment of the LLC's organizational structure and the recruitment of a dynamic team comprising 15 professionals, including librarians, learning advisors/specialists, para-professionals, and administrative staff.

Under my leadership, we successfully implemented a robust technological infrastructure to support the diverse teaching, learning, and research needs of faculty. This encompassed the integration of databases, the development of the LLC website, deployment of a Library Management System, introduction of RFID technology for enhanced resource management, and the implementation of LibGuides to facilitate easy access to academic resources.

These initiatives not only transformed the LLC into a state-of-the-art learning environment but also significantly enhanced student engagement, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
