I was employed by a Stock & Station Agency in Wagga Wagga working 4 days a week in an administration role
This was a unique position involving working 2 days at the Wagga Sale Yards and 2 days in the office in Wagga, following the sale process from start to finish
Duties included using the Stockyard program to enter data to assist in the sale process and liaising with the Agents to help them market their client’s livestock
General office duties also included answering phones and handling all client inquiries
Entering Bank statements and paying accounts when required
Placing ads in local papers and updating the web site
I was also required to relieve the Office Manager when she was on Annual/Sick Leave performing all duties relevant to her role
This also included processing payroll for permanent and casual staff.

I was employed by Ladysmith Feedlot in the position of Livestock Administration
This was a fulltime position and involved data entry for all livestock purchases and general office administration.

With a change in my husband’s employment situation we relocated to the Mundarlo area
I was not employed at that time, although I did do casual work on the property where my husband works
Duties include all aspects of Stock Husbandry/Handling involving cattle and Sheep from calf/lamb marking, pregnancy testing, shearing and calving
Assisting the Owners and my husband to complete tasks efficiently with little or no Stress on the animals
All cattle work was completed on horse.

I returned to employment with the ANZ Bank at Tumbarumba
The position was only a temporary Internal Relief position to cover staff leave
My husband again had a change in his employment and we relocated to the Narrandera/Leeton area
I was able to also transfer within the ANZ to Leeton, again on a Temporary basis, but was made Permanent Part-Time the following year
In the 16 years I was employed by the ANZ, my duties involved Customer Service, marketing the Banks products, And telling duties involving cash handling and balancing
Customer Service involved Answering the phone promptly and efficiently, computer operating inputting Customer information correctly and abiding by Customer Confidentiality
Other Duties involved problem solving, office housekeeping, record keeping, filing and Complying with O H & S regulations pertaining to all areas within the Bank
Job satisfaction for me was attention to detail and efficient record keeping and Ensuring the customer experience was as simple and straight forward as possible And all their needs were met
Building rapport with customers was just as rewarding With many customers asking for me personally and acknowledge my service by Nominating me for an Individual Customer Service Award organised by the Leeton Outstanding Business Awards in 2005.

I moved to Urana on the family farm when we were first married in April 1992
Although not permanently employed anywhere, I helped out on the property with All aspects of running a farm, from Stock Husbandry, crop preparation, harvesting Etc
I was also engaged on a casual basis mustering etc for a local Stock Agent who Had country leased in the area
We relocated to Holbrook on a Murray Grey Stud in 1993
Although I was not employed permanently on the property I stilled helped Out on a casual basis at peak times.
