● Responding quickly, professionally and accurately to all enquiries with therapists, organisations and customers either by phone, electronically or face-to-face regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns and warranties;
● Managing inbound and outbound emails from various email mailboxes and moving communication to relevant mailboxes or 'tagging' appropriate staff members;
● Quoting, invoicing and refunds for organisational and third party funding bodies through POS system and eCommerce (B2B);
● Setting up and maintaining new customer accounts in POS system and eCommerce (B2B);
● Creating, adding or modifying new products in FRED Office database or on eCommerce (B2B);
● Viewing SOH using FRED Office;
● Viewing supplier websites for stock availability and general information on products;
● Contacting couriers for quotes or to make a job booking and making job booking using their online portal (Startrack);
● Processing billing for customers through funding bodies such as NDIS, Home Care Packages and Workers Insurance and uploading to relevant portals with seamless ease;
● Viewing tracking status of orders through Australia Post for customer enquiries;
● Attending staff meetings;
● Complying with all policies and procedures in place in the pharmacy.
● Assisting with individual and group activities;
● Assisting and guiding residents to and from activities;
● Conducting and engaging in group activities (Bingo, Hoy, Balloon Tennis, Craft and more);
● Implementing new activities to meet residents needs or desires;
● Reporting daily levels of participation in activities;

● Driving facility bus for shopping trips or outings with residents (with use of wheelchair Lift when required);
