I am Extremely motivated, reliable and versatile, I offer extensive hands-on and supervisory experience as a service advisor, workshop controller, assistant service manager and sound experience as a light and heavy vehicle mechanic and mot tester. My roles in teaching, training and assessing have given me the ability to understand required outcomes and how to achieve the required goals. Plan, deliver and review pre-trade and post-trade learning programs to personnel
Contribute to continuous improvement of course curriculum and to the development and maintenance of all training resources
Conduct training and assessment validation and provide feedback on apprentice performance

My role with the institute was to set up and deliver a upgrade qualification from light vehicle to heavy vehicle in one of the mine sites in wa to mechanics already carrying out the role with the correct qualifications.
I advised them of the materials and training methods required and designed and produced the training assessment required.
Unfortunately the qualification delivery schedule could not be agreed on and the upgrade apprenticeship programme was cancelled.
