My long term tenure at Suncorp Group has offered me the opportunity to understand various parts of the business, particularly Suncorp Bank and People and Culture. My experience extends across customer service, stakeholder management, supplier relationship engagement and management, operational excellence, retail management, administration and technical backend knowledge and experience in Learning, Supplier and Banking systems. Within these varied roles starting at the core of the business in Customer Service. Dealing with Customers has moulded me into a customer and stakeholder focused driver team member. Overlayed with understanding the business goals driving them to completion. My role as Supplier Consultant, within Suncorp Bank provided further but a different lens of stakeholder management. External engagement and management which included onboarding, through to managing and governing external parties both contractually and through regulatory compliance standards. Operational and administrative activity has been embedded throughout my career, in all roles. My structured, planned, and methodical way of working has enabled process improvements and efficiencies in her role as a Learning Operations Consultant. As the senior consultant has indirectly led, coached, and supported team members. Multitasking and working between BAU and project work has been achieved within the Learning Operation role. As a sub-lead of a business-critical project driving automation and accuracy of learning allocations, demonstrates my sound skillset in project management, stakeholder engagement and change and communication.
