  • Worked collaboratively in a group of 5 to propose, design and build a small windmill to produce electricity
  • Researched and developed small windmill, using easily accessible recycled waste materials including recycled plastic, steel and iron to produce energy
  • Used AutoCAD to design and build a real-life prototype model Developed well-written report, summarising and analysing project
  • Significant Achievements:
  • Completed the design of the hydraulic scissor lift was carried out with the appropriate selection of components and its material
  • The machine was designed for lifting a load of 1000 kg (1 ton)
  • In this project, the power pack for the hydraulic system was designed as per specification details, and 2D&3D drawing of the entire component of the lifting machine was carried out using the CAD software
  • The project also involved the fabrication of machine and testing of the machine for various parameters for analysing the performance of the fabricated system
  • Completed a project on pyrolysis plant designing and construction
  • The plastic waste from the agricultural sector was collected and segregated according to their nature
  • The segregated waste was treated to remove non-plastic components, and then the pyrolysis process was conducted
  • The pyrolysis process produced liquid fuel, which was purified and then tested
  • Different types of plastic produced a varying quantity of fuel
  • The comparison of fuel obtained through pyrolysis and the conventional diesel fuel was also examined
  • Completed a project based on designing a rail-wheel assembly and conducting analysis on the design model
  • The required materials were selected, and the model of the system was prepared
  • The project contained the use of CATIA to create the basic design of the rail-wheel assembly model
  • The model was placed onto the ANSYS for conducting the structural analysis and the modal analysis
