Performed opening and closing duties, printing sales reports, setting up for incoming shift, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory. Create an enjoyable experience ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly, accommodating and positive attitude. Use knowledge of mixed beverages, specialty liquors and craft beers to serve customers and provide waitstaff with well-prepared drinks in a timely fashion. Maintain and restock bar inventory whilst minimising spoilage and wastage where possible.
