I am currently looking to pivot from my previous 12 year career of designing underwear for women with a stoma.
As of this year (2024), I have started in the telemarketing industry and have proven to have quite a natural skill to build rapport with every client even those that didn’t result in sales.
As a result of my skill I was recently awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ only after 5 months.
I would like to venture into the field of appointment setting as a new challenge and to also develop my skill set.
I have the ability to communicate with clients on a level with an understanding and tolerance to guide them to make decisions and achieve sales.
A natural ability to cold call and converse with faceless strangers is neither daunting nor uncomfortable for me to do.
I am extremely eager and excited to start this new path of learning and adventure.
