I am currently performing at a level equivalent to a Band 4 position within the Network mobile field, primarily focusing on fault resolution. My role also spans fixed technologies, customer premises, and supporting HSE shutdowns. Below are some key responsibilities and accomplishments:

• Leadership in 3G Depowering: I played a leading role in the national 3G depowering initiative. Since November 2024, I have completed the fifth-highest number of depowering sites across Australia, showcasing my dedication and expertise.
• Training Content Development: I was chosen to contribute to the creation of new E-Learning modules, participating in two intensive 13-hour filming and photoshoot days. My passion for the behind-the-scenes process underlines my commitment to knowledge sharing and training excellence.
• MCG Grand Final Coverage: I helped enhance mobile coverage at the MCG ahead of the AFL Grand Final, working closely with the fibre team to ensure top performance. This also gave me the unique opportunity to witness Katy Perry's warm-up session.
• Customer Advocacy: I worked directly with a customer impacted by a noise complaint from a newly installed microcell. Taking initiative, I explored viable solutions, leading to discussions about relocating the site. This demonstrated my empathy and strong problem-solving abilities.
• DAS Investigation: Together with colleagues Sam and Andrew, I addressed low coverage issues in a commercial building. Despite the complexity of the Distributed Antenna System (DAS), I remained proactive and eager to learn from more experienced team members.
• Technical Excellence: I have consistently delivered high-quality technical work, including:
• Installation and replacement of RRU 4480, 2212, and 2217 models
• ESC configurations and HSE shutdowns
• Rebuilding Basebands and DUs
• Mobile fault finding and ACMA interference reporting
• Conducting site checks via GoCanvas and ensuring timely RODS updates
• Teamwork and Recognition: I was formally recognized for my “Work as One” attitude, stepping up to resolve faulty RRUs and significantly improving customer restoration times. I worked collaboratively with my team to complete over 1,000 3G depowerings in Victoria.
