Kasper Rhod Munkolm

I have been working as a substitute/helper in a kindergarten, "Tryllefløjten," where the focus is to support the children in their daily activities and learning. This involves creating a safe environment where the children can explore and develop in the best possible way. I work with the teachers to plan and carry out educational activities, which is an important part of the job.

-I work with children aged 2 to 6 years.

- I help the teachers plan the daily routine.

- I contribute to a safe and positive environment through play and good humor.

- I help in areas such as responsibility and conflict management.

This has given me the opportunity to learn how to work with people, and be open to everyone. It has also taught me about responsibility, and developed my ability to be a leader and role model.

As a DJ, I am responsible for creating the right atmosphere through music selection and production. In addition, it is also important to communicate with guests, so I help ensure good revenue for the nightclub. I am a DJ because I love to convey a good, fun party atmosphere; it is a fun hobby to have alongside work and my previous studies.

I play professionally as a DJ at nightclubs for 100 to 300 people.

I have been a DJ in nightlife for four years. Two years at nightclubs and two years with my own company.

With my own company, I have played events for up to 800 people.

- I have experience playing for all age groups and different themes.

- Primarily mixes Danish club remixes, house, hip hop, and R&B.

- Loves to challenge the audience with different genres and music choices, contributing to a good atmosphere, and revenue for the nightclub.

This work has taught me a lot about how to handle stressful situations, and how not to let other people influence you when you are under pressure.

• As a ski instructor, the focus is on teaching and guiding customers. This involves adapting the teaching to different skill levels and ensuring that everyone has a fun and educational experience. I have mainly taught children aged 5–13, but also adults of all ages. This has really given me many valuable skills.
  Leadership and responsibility: Responsibility for groups, including planning and managing lessons.
  - Communication skills: I can communicate and explain complex things simply, even in foreign languages.
  - Collaboration: I have collaborated with people and cultures from all over the world.
  - Self-confidence: I have boosted my self-confidence a lot by stepping completely out of my comfort zone.

I have developed strong leadership skills, and an understanding of how to communicate effectively when complex technologies need to be simplified.

• While I was studying at Svendborg Gymnasium, I was offered to teach, along with a classmate, one of the elementary school classes with 20 to 30 kids a couple of times a year. This gave me some experience in teaching and presenting, and it was basically very calm and quiet as we taught subjects such as biology and chemistry, which is exactly what I like.

• This was my first job that I got as soon as I turned 15 and was allowed. The job has given me a good start and understanding of what it means to be in the labor market. I started at an early age, where I quickly established what it means to be service-minded toward others, and how to run a store where the customer experience is the highest priority, with a focus on revenue.
